Therefore, most products that now need to detect air tightness, waterproofness, and sealing have chosen non-destructive and high-precision air tightness detectors.


How to operate the non-destructive high-precision air tightness detectorWoolen cloth?

1. When the product to be tested does not have an inflation hole, customize the jig, tooling and air tightness tester corresponding to the product to be tested; if the product to be tested has an inflation hole, only a quick connector and an air tightness tester are needed

2. The instruments and equipment are connected to the power supply (AC220V±15%, 50HZ) and air source (0.4~0.8MPa, clean and dry);

3.  Turn on the instrument and set the parameters of the detection program;

4.  Turn on the "Instrument Zero" function to ensure that the test air pressure is normal;

5. Connect the product to be tested and the testing instrument/equipment through the trachea;

6. Start the program and start inflating, stabilizing, testing, and deflating;

7. The instrument automatically determines whether the tested product is qualified according to the program. The device displays OK as a qualified product and NG as a defective product.

8. The program ends and the instrument stops operating;

9. Take out the product to be tested, put in the next test product, restart the program, and start testing.

10. After the test is completed, unplug the air source and turn off the power.
