1. Air tightness testing requirements for four-channel lamps

The four-channel lamp for air tightness testing this time is made of stainless steel with high precision. It has a delicate and generous appearance, similar to some ordinary lamps. It has high-quality waterproof joints, complete silicone rubber seals, arc-shaped multi-angle refraction strengthened glass, waterproof, equation, anti-leakage, and corrosion resistance.

2. Demonstration of the air tightness testing process of four-channel lamps

1. Due to the large shape of the channel lamp, it is not conducive to fully enclosed air tightness testing. In order to achieve non-destructive testing, we use a four-channel air tightness detector, which can detect multiple lamps at the same time. Using the direct detection method, as long as the conduit is connected to the adapter, the instrument can be connected for testing;

2. After connecting the channel light to our instrument, there is a valve island, gas tank and other components inside the instrument as well as the program we have set. After the connection is completed, press the start button when testing the light.At this time, the upper and lower molds begin to close, and clean gas without impurities is filled into the lamp. The instrument display will judge the waterproofness of the lamp based on the gas saturation inside the mold.

3. If the channel light is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, you can determine whether the lamp is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, which means the air tightness test failed.If the tested lamp does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation, and the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument will also be stable. The instrument test result will display OK, indicating that the air tightness test has passed.
