2. Breakthrough in the detection of automobile air conditioner air outlet ducts and demonstration of the detection process
We helped the customer develop a tooling fixture for the automotive air-conditioning air outlet duct. This time, the customer requested to use the flow test method to test the automotive air-conditioning air outlet duct. Hirays Technology helped the customer develop the following testing plan.

Since the exhaust pipe is empty inside and the interface is closed, we can fill the air outlet at the other end with gas and judge its sealing performance by changing the internal air pressure.
So we designed two air pipes for this test, one is to inject air pressure into the car air conditioning pipe, and the other is used to sense the internal pressure of the car air conditioning outlet pipe.When the instrument is started, the instrument will automatically inflate the air into the exhaust duct of the car air conditioner. At the same time, the air pressure of the instrument will slowly rise. When the air pressure reaches the set value, the interior of the air duct of the car air conditioner will be in a constant state. At this time, the induction line will determine the flow value to detect whether the flow of the air duct meets the standard.
