1. Shape analysis of wires

1.The appearance characteristics of the wire connector of the multi-wire connector: the coating of the long wire is fixed with a metal ring, and the upper connection of the metal ring is divided into two or more wire connectors to connect to the connection holes of different wire connectors; the wires are scattered among themselves, and the wire connector is an irregular rectangular parallelepiped, which is unfavorable for sealing detection;

2.Characteristics of the appearance of two-wire and three-wire wires: the overall shape is an irregular rectangle, and three or two wires are used to connect the connectors at both ends. The butt end is fixed with a holder, and the whole is protected with waterproof coating. Irregular shapes are difficult to seal during inspection, which is detrimental to inspection.


2. Breakthrough in the difficulty of wire sealing detection for multi-wire joints

1.For the shape of multi-wire connectors, Hirays has special grinding tools to hold them. The connectors are placed in the mold and stuck just right. For multi-wire cases, special grooves are also made for packaging. This facilitates the upper and lower closure of the mold during inspection. When inflating the internal body, it can avoid gas leakage and lead to numerical errors.

 

2.Hirays Technology has also prepared a special mold for the multiple wires that are connected first. The mold has special grooves for two or three wires, and special grooves are also made for the lower connector.This will help the mold to close up and down during inspection, forming a closed inspection environment and avoiding leakage when inflating the inner body during inspection, which is beneficial to inspection.

3. Display of wire sealing test status

Put a variety of wires into the corresponding tooling molds and connect them to our instrument. There is a valve island, a gas tank and other components inside the instrument as well as the program we have set. After the connection is made, press the start button when testing the wires.

 

During inspection, the instrument will inflate the mold.If the wire connector is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, it can be determined whether the wire connector is leaking, and the instrument test results will also be displayed.NG, meaning the air tightness test failed.If the tested wire connector does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation, and the pressure and leakage values ​​displayed on the instrument will also be stable, and the instrument test results will showOKwords, indicating that the air tightness test has passed.
