First, multiple tests are required to determine the air inlet pressure and leakage of qualified and unqualified products. The average of the minimum air inlet pressure of qualified products and the maximum air inlet pressure of unqualified products is set as the minimum air inlet pressure of the product.Use the same method to find out the maximum leakage value allowed for qualified products and set it as the maximum allowable leakage value.The size and waterproof level requirements of each product are different, so the test values are also different. Even if it is the same product with different workmanship, the waterproof test values will be different.It needs to be set according to the actual situation of the product.
After setting the program, it is necessary to connect the Hirays multi-channel air tightness testing equipment and the product's air tightness testing fixture through the factory air source; set the product's test parameters on the instrument; the operator selects a qualified product and an unqualified product for experimental testing before performing a full inspection to check whether the test results are consistent with the actual situation of the product.If it is consistent, a full inspection can be started. If it is not consistent, further inspection of the instrument and test product will be carried out.
