3. Put the thermos cup cover into the tooling mold and connect it to our instrument. There is a valve island, gas tank and other components inside the instrument as well as the program we have set. After the connection is made, press the start button when testing the wire.When testing, the upper and lower molds will be closed, and there is a conduit connecting the instrument below the groove. When the test starts, the upper and lower molds will be closed, and the instrument will fill the interior of the thermos cup lid with impurity-free gas through the bottom of the groove. In this way, the air tightness of the intercom can be judged by the saturation of the air inside the mold;

If the lid of the thermos cup is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, you can determine whether the thermos cup lid is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, which means the air tightness test failed.If the tested thermos cup cover does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation, and the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument will also be stable. 5. The customer requested to test 4 thermos cup lids continuously during this inspection, and the thermos cup lids were tested one by one in order.
