one, Type-c appearance display and detection difficulties
1. The biggest feature of the Type-c interface is its Type-C interface, ultra-thin shape, and symmetrical shape on both sides, which is conducive to plug-in charging.
2. It is composed of a waterproof shell material that is convenient for hand-held plugging and unplugging and a type-c interface. It is small and compact, and it is difficult to use a mold for fully enclosed testing.
2. Breakthrough in Type-c detection difficulties
1. In view of the appearance characteristics of type-c, Hirays Technology specially customized two special tooling jigs for type-c. The tooling jigs are not fully enclosed. They facilitate the two type-c connectors to be inserted into their respective card positions and connected to their respective inflatable pipes, so that the detection instrument can directly detect the gas rushing into the type-c.

This avoids contamination by external water vapor, moisture and solid pollutants during detection, and also ensures the detection results.

3. Display of the detection process of type-c
First, we insert the type-c interface into the card position and fix it. The conduit is connected to our instrument. There is a valve island, gas tank and other components inside the instrument as well as the program we have set. After the connection is made, when testing the laser type-c interface, press the start button.
During testing, the instrument will inflate the inside of the type-c interface.If the type-c interface is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, it can be determined whether the type-c interface is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, which means the air tightness test failed.If the tested type-c interface does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation, and the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument will also be stable. The instrument test result will display OK, indicating that the waterproofness test has been passed.
