2. Before starting the test, set the parameters on the detector and connect the wires to the tooling in sequence.When the test starts, press the start button, and the instrument will input clean gas without impurities into the wire through the conduit to detect the waterproofness of the wire;
3. During the test, the instrument will inflate the inside of the wire through the catheter.If the wire is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, it can be determined whether the wire is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, which means the air tightness test failed.If the tested wire does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation, and the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument will also be stable. The instrument test result will display OK, indicating that the waterproofness test has been passed.
